Elaine enjoys working with a wide age range of individuals, families, and couples through a telehealth platform.  Elaine has 35 plus years of experience working first in residential facilities for teens before entering into private practice over the last 15 years.  Her approach is very relational and one in which trust and emotional safety are key to inviting and engaging change within clients.  Elaine works with clients to help them understand themselves, the impact of their history, and find lasting changes and healthy coping skills.  Elaine uses her experience and training in Narrative Therapy, EMDR Therapy, IFS Therapy, CBT. EFT and Military Sensitivity Training in working with military veterans and families to help others develop deep and lasting changes.
